LEADERSHIP CAPACITY

The name JERRY ADAMS aka Akwogason, aka Asiwaju of Kaura, the current Chairman, Kaduna State Internal Revenue service is a name eating deep into the Capacity Leadership terrain in Kaduna State government.

The person Mr. Jerry Adams is a personality that cannot be taken with a joke in Kaura politics and socio- economic services to humanity as long as records is concerned.

Mr. Jerry Adams stories of leadership style and good tidings have been the talk of towns across ethnic, socio-political, Communities associations, and especially within youths organizations.

He has been one-man that seems to have no match in Kaura and has consistently kept records that beat every humanitarian right thinking personality in Kaura. Sometimes I keep saying and asking if really he comes from Kaura and this is because his foot path is making waves that I have not witnessed in Kaura local government areas of Kaduna state.

He keeps moving and hitting forward and I become afraid as if tomorrow is the end.
 I keep praying that God raised someone to complement his efforts again in Kaura especially those in positions of authority.

His nature has shown a total leadership capacity and if sustain the future will only remain brighter.

May God bless him and keep him healthy and sound as he continue to serve humanity in your capacity.
