TWO THINGS IN LEADERSHIP

1. DECISION MAKING : In leadership, you must be ready to make sacrificial decisions as long as they are realistic and confirmed to be right and just.

Hon. Godwin Luka aka MAISOLAR in one of his interviews said "" There is nothing in leadership but decision making and Implementation"" which is the testimony we are seeing today.

IMPLEMENTATION :

In Leadership, you must make sure all the decisions taken are implemented at all cost and that is how the capacity leader is known.
Politically, people are easily disappointed when a politician promised and failed in delivering his promises.

Therefore, I wish to comment on the the decision of Hon. Godwin Luka to train Kaura Youths into Solar engineering, CCTV and Biometric attendant and he is implementing it right now.

The training started yesterday with a very encouraging number of the youths in Kaura commencing with Agban and Kukum wards respectively.
