CONCERNED CITIZENS OF KAURA LABOUR PARTY AFFAIRS ( CONCIKALAPA ) VISIT KADUNA STATE LABOUR PARTY OFFICE TO ADDRESS INTERNAL PARTY CRISIS
A delegation from the Concerned Citizens of Kaura Labour Party Affairs ( CONCIKALAPA ) paid a crucial visit to the Kaduna State Labour Party office today to discuss the ongoing internal crisis within the Labour Party in Kaura. The delegation expressed deep concern over the current situation, which they believe is affecting the party's unity and effectiveness.
During the visit, the delegation emphasized the importance of resolving conflicts and fostering a spirit of cooperation among party members. The spokesperson for CONCIKALAPA stated, "Our primary goal is to ensure that the Labour Party in Kaura remains united and strong. We urge all members to sheath their swords and work towards a peaceful resolution of differences for the greater good of our party and community."
CONCIKALAPA highlighted the necessity for transparency in all party dealings, especially with the upcoming primary elections. The group called for fair and open processes that allow all candidates to demonstrate their capabilities and gain the support of the party's electorate. "Transparency is the cornerstone of democracy. We need to ensure that all candidates have an equal opportunity to present their visions and plans to the party members," the spokesperson DT. Abba added.
The delegation also presented recommendations to the state party leadership, urging them to take immediate steps to mediate conflicts and promote dialogue among party members. They stressed the importance of unity and collaboration to enhance the Labour Party's ability to serve the people of Kaura effectively.
CONCIKALAPA remains committed to supporting the Labour Party in fostering an environment of inclusivity and fairness, ensuring that the voices of all members are heard and respected. The group stands ready to assist in any way possible to achieve these goals and strengthen the party's foundation in Kaura.
The group also thanked the Leadership of the State Labour Party under the leadership of Comr. Tafoki for a warm welcome and for their commitment and for their assurance to make the primary elections a free and fair process and also promised to give fair hearing to all aggrieved members and revert back accordingly.
Coincidentally, the Hon. Member House Representative Kaura Federal constituency, Hon. Donatus Mathew Kuzalio aka DMK who visited the state EXCO with some of the Kaura Labour Party executives also addressed the house and promised to work with any aspirants who will come victorious in the next elections with all his resources and he also assured the leadership of the state that Kaura Labour Party have no issues assuring the state that the party have the capacity to deliver in the next elections and shall deliver by God's grace.
The group also wish to appreciate the Hon. member for his generosity in supporting the delegation with a good sum of money amounting to a sum of *One Hundred Naira* ( *N100,000.00* ) at his free will and good conscience.
In furtherance, the group also appealed to all aggrieved members of the party to please put behind their disputes to focus on the upcoming elections for the best interest of our party by burying their grievances and come together for the progress and success of our dear party, hence there'll be no meaningful development when a house is divided, united we stand the chance to conquer in the spirit of oneness in the forth coming election God's willing, we plead that self interest should be resisted completely as greater days lies ahead.
